Riesling Auslese Ried Aichleiten

This selected harvest wine is produced from mostly botrytized grapes with a grape maturity of 25.5 KMW and has wonderful notes of stone fruits and a harmonious round body. The palate is flattered by hints of honey, a creaminess underscored by fine, light acidity.

Chardonnay-Welschriesling Beerenauslese

A creamy, supple sweet wine of noble rotten grapes. Beautiful fruit play, exotic notes of pineapple and melon, honey tones, fine spice, harmonious with an long aftertaste. 

The grapes were harvested with an average gradation of 26.5 degrees. They were then immediately pressed. (Color spectrum: dark gold with reflections of caramel)

Ried Aichleiten

Almost forty year old vines from the Ried Aichleiten are the raw material for this selection of berries. This Beerenauslese is lush and animated with a sprightly back and forth between ripe stone fruits (Pineapple, apricots) and honey notes with a delicate acidity structure.
