After more than 24 months of storage on the yeast, the second subset was depleted on october 2019.
Precise stone fruit notes and fine floral notes alternate on the palate, while it has an extremely stimulating effect due to its pronounced acidity. An ideal aperitif for festive & special occasions.
This sparkling wine was manufactured at our wine estate, shaken by hand and disgorged with the help of a mobile disgorgement machine from another producer.
