Sparkling Wines

The main different between sparkling (Sekt) and semi-sparkling (Frizzante) wines lies in their production. A semi-sparkling wine has carbonation added to it at the time of bottling, while sparkling wines undergo a second fermentation with added yeast for 1-3 years (traditional method of bottle fermentation). The bottles are manually shaken before disgorging.

Frizzante Gelben Muskateller

Light-footed, aromatic and animated. Our Frizzante vom Gelben Muskateller tickles the senses with fine aromas of stone fruits and citrus aromas and delicate bubbles.
For casual moments, both with or without food, for indoor or outdoor parties.

Rosé Frizzante

Our sparkling Frizzante Rosé is made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zweigelt grapes. It is especially berry, refreshing & bubbly!

  • Ideal temperature: 8°C
  • Ideal: as an aperitif, or with fruity desserts such as fruit salad or fruit cake, etc.

Riesling-Sekt Brut 


After more than 24 months of storage on the yeast, the second subset was depleted on october 2019. Precise stone fruit notes and fine floral notes alternate on the palate, while it has an extremely stimulating effect due to its pronounced acidity. An ideal aperitif for festive & special occasions.

This sparkling wine was manufactured at our wine estate, shaken by hand and disgorged with the help of a mobile disgorgement machine from another producer.

Chardonnay Sekt Brut Nature

Brut Nature Zero Dosage

6 years of yeast storage in the bottle, Zero Dosage, initially citrus notes, later ripe brioche notes appear, creamy and animating on the palate, appears dry and puristic.

Available from September 2020.
