We process data from customers and business partners as part of our sales activities and to fulfill accounting obligations.

We process data that you have sent us as an inquiry in order to answer this inquiry.

We process data that you have transmitted to us as part of joining the gourmet club.

We process data that you have sent to us as part of an order in our shop.

 

Scope of data collection and storage

In general, it is not necessary for you to provide personal data in order to use our website. However, so that we can take orders in our shop or let you participate in our promotions in the gourmet club, we need your personal data.

When you place an order in our shop, we only collect and store your personal data to the extent necessary to carry out the order.

It may be necessary to pass on your personal data to companies that we use to provide the service or to process the contract (shipping companies, delivery services, transport companies).

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the provision of the service or for the execution of the contract (as stated above).

The transmission to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive information also only takes place within the framework of the statutory information obligations or if we are obliged to provide information by a court decision. We usually store customer and business partner data for a period of 7 years within the framework of statutory retention requirements. We store inquiries from interested parties for a period of 6 months.
