Purposes of the processing
We process data from customers and business partners as part of our sales activities and to fulfill accounting obligations.
We process data that you have sent us as a request in order to answer this request.
We process data that you have transmitted to us as part of joining the Genießerclub.
We process data that you have transmitted to us as part of an order in our store.
Scope of data collection and storage
In general, it is not necessary for you to provide personal data in order to use our website. However, we need your personal data so that we can take orders in our store or let you participate in our promotions in the Connoisseurs’ Club.
When you place an order in our store, we collect and store your personal data only to the extent necessary for the execution of the order.
For this purpose, it may be necessary to pass on your personal data to companies that we use to provide the service or to process the contract (shipping companies, delivery services, transport companies).
Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the provision of the service or for the execution of the contract (as stated above).
Transmission to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive information will only take place within the framework of the legal obligation to provide information or if we are obliged to provide information by a court decision. As a rule, we store customer and business partner data for a period of 7 years within the scope of the statutory retention obligations. We store inquiries from interested parties for a period of 6 months.
